Recently, a batch of customized hose pumps manufactured by Hefei Huayun Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was packaged and shipped to Georgia. These pumps will be used in local industrial fluid transfer processes, fully replacing traditional diaphragm pumps and delivering superior performance to help enterprises reduce costs and improve efficiency.

To address the challenges of Georgia’s industrial applications—where fluid media often contain complex components and traditional diaphragm pumps are prone to leakage and require frequent maintenance—Huayun designed this batch of hose pumps with special enhancements. The equipment features a fully sealed transfer structure that prevents any contact between media and the external environment, thoroughly resolving the leakage issues common in diaphragm pumps. In addition, the diaphragm-free, wear-resistant design significantly extends service life and reduces maintenance costs for end users.
