The High-Shear Emulsifier is designed to efficiently, rapidly, and uniformly distribute one or multiple phases into another continuous phase, even when these phases are normally immiscible. Thanks to the high tangential velocity generated by the rotor's high-speed rotation and the intense kinetic energy from high-frequency mechanical effects, immiscible solid, liquid, and gas phases are instantly and finely dispersed and emulsified under optimized processing conditions and with appropriate additives. A stable, high-quality product is ultimately achieved through high-frequency cyclic processing.
