Recently, a batch of high-pressure hose pumps from Hefei Huayun Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. successfully passed inspection and has been shipped to a major domestic lithium battery plant. These pumps will replace traditional diaphragm pumps for the precise transfer of cathode and anode slurries in lithium battery production, offering a more stable and efficient solution through patented technology and customized design.

Compared with conventional diaphragm pumps, Huayun’s high-pressure hose pumps demonstrate significant advantages in lithium battery manufacturing. On the one hand, their fully sealed structure completely prevents slurry leakage and external contamination, fully meeting the cleanliness requirements of lithium battery production. On the other hand, they feature a longer service life and lower maintenance frequency than diaphragm pumps, greatly reducing downtime costs and consumable expenses for the battery plant.
